Are there any commissions or fees for using everyday.business?
There are no commissions for using everyday.business. We charge no commissions for appointments or payments. Your customers pay you directly, you keep 100% of the revenue. Currently we are offering an extened trial period for early adopters. After the trial period, you can enjoy the service for a discounted fixed monthly price for the duration of your subscription.
Does it support multiple branches or locations?
In the future we plan to support multiple branches or locations. If you have a multi-location business, you can setup a separate everyday.business account for each location for now.
How does multiple language support work?
everyday.business is available in English, German, Dutch, and Turkish. You can choose your language when you create your account and your customers can choose their preferred language when they book appointments. In order to make it easy for you, we have standard menu services and treatments pre-populated in all four languages. You can also add your own services and treatments and translate them into the languages you want to support.
Can we expect more features?
Absolutely, we are constantly adding new features to everyday.business. You can also contact our support team if you have any specific requests, we prioritize requests based on popularity.
If I decide not to continue after the trial period, can I access my appointment data?
Absolutely, upon request, you can get a copy of your appointment data in CSV format if you decide not to continue after the trial period.
