Our platform is designed to facilitate appointment scheduling between Business Users and Consumers. The Business User you are booking an appointment with is the primary data controller for the information you provide during the booking process. We act as a data processor on behalf of the Business User.
2.1 For Business Users
When a business signs up for our service, we collect the following information:
- Name and surname of the business owner.
- Email address for login and communication.
- A public display name for all staff members to protect their privacy.
- Business Users can voluntarily provide first and last names for their staff for internal purposes.
2.2 For Consumers
When a Consumer books an appointment with a Business User, we collect the following information:
- Contact number and email address (necessary for booking confirmation and communication).
- Consumers can voluntarily provide their name and surname.
2.3 Data Generated by the Platform
Our platform automatically generates and collects data for security and operational purposes. This includes IP addresses, dates and times of visits, and audit logs of actions taken within the application. This data is used to ensure the security and integrity of our service.
We use the collected data to enable and facilitate the core functionality of our appointment scheduling platform. This includes:
- Authenticating Business Users and maintaining their sessions using a JWT cookie containing their email address.
- Allowing Consumers to book appointments with Business Users.
- Sending booking confirmations, reminders, and other transactional emails.
- Enabling Business Users to manage their schedules and staff.
- Ensuring the security of our platform and monitoring for malicious activity.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and do not sell your data to third parties. We only share your data in the following limited circumstances:
- With the Business User you are booking an appointment with.
- With our third-party service providers (sub-processors) who provide essential services, such as cloud hosting and email delivery. Our main data hosting provider is located in Germany.

We retain personal data for a period of up to 7 years to comply with legal and contractual obligations.
