Welcome to everyday.business. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms in full. If you disagree with these Terms or any part of these Terms, you must not use our platform.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our platform for your business and personal purposes, subject to these Terms.
Everyday.business retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the platform and its underlying software, including all intellectual property rights. You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the platform.
- Resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer your rights to use the platform.
- Use the platform to build a competing product or service.
You agree not to use the platform for any of the following prohibited activities:
- Any fraudulent, illegal, or unlawful activities.
- Sending spam or any other form of unsolicited communication.
- Uploading or distributing any malicious software, viruses, or harmful code.
- Interfering with the proper functioning of the platform or its infrastructure.
- Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others.
- Harassing, abusing, or harming another person.
Our services are billed on a subscription basis (monthly or annually). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it through your account management page.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. After this period, we do not offer refunds for partial months of service.
We reserve the right to change our subscription fees. We will notify you of any fee changes at least 30 days in advance, giving you the opportunity to cancel your subscription before the new fees take effect.
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by EU law, in no event shall everyday.business be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our total liability to you for any direct damages shall not exceed the total amount of fees you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply in cases of gross negligence, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
